Separating is hard,
but you do not have to go through it alone.

I'm Grace—a divorced, full-time single mom, who has been there.

While “divorce doula” is a relatively new term,
I aim to provide support with heart, clarity and compassion to individuals who are separating.

Discretion

The most intimate details of our relationships are unveiled during separating.

Beyond being respectful of the stories shared, I also value authentic connection—You won’t find me on social media.

Emotional Support

Holding a safe space to be heard and process all the emotions without judgment while offering compassion, support and strength.

Lawyers may be part of your separation process but they can become very expensive divorce friends.

Physical Presence

Separating can be isolating and having someone there to attend a mutual event, fold laundry or the other physical labor of separating, helps. Promise.

Non-Toxic

Separating is hard for everyone.

I’m here to support, not pick sides or be in the middle — simply encourage as you move towards your next chapter.

Separating requires an immense amount of labor --
physical labor that is also so emotional.
I'm here to help with the ways separating can be difficult
and often overlooked.

Let’s connect!

Tell me a little about yourself and where you are on this journey.
